Source: NYSUT United

What you need to know about grades 3-8 testing brochureNYSUT's parent brochures explaining the upcoming grade 3-8 tests in math and English language arts are available in limited quantities; they are also available to download.

Test dates were rescheduled repeatedly and content was shifted after media reports questioned the lengthier exams for younger students. In December, the State Education Department rescheduled both the ELA and math tests for three days in April.

The ELA tests will be administered April 17-19, with make-up days April 20, 23 and 24.

The math tests will be administered April 25, 26 and 27. Make-up dates are April 30, May 1 and 2.
